As most of you know Meilani and I are living in Mexico now, but before we came down here we wanted to make a quick trip to visit my family in good old San Ramon. We had a great time. We left Salt Lake early (like 5:00 am) Saturday morning (May 17) so we could make it in time to go the Giants game with Josh and Sarah Fosson. The Giants are not very good this year, but the ballpark is beautiful, it sits right on the water. The game was fun but very cold. It had been over 100 degrees in San Ramon, so we figured it would be ok to wear shorts to the game. Well, we were wrong, it was freezing. Nevertheless we had a great time. It was fun to see Kevin and how much he has grown up. On Monday we had a good ol' fashion family game of horse and Meilani won. However, the real story is that we played and no one needed to go the the emergency room for sticches or staples which was a streak that we had been on with both our families last year.
